Aikaydan.com strives to ensure each customer is happy with their purchase.

Due to the custom handmade nature of our items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless there is an error on our part or a problem with the quality of construction of your item.

Items are checked before posted but if there is a fault with your item on arrival we will happily change it for you or replace if no longer available. Please contact us at [email protected] to organize this.

 Please choose carefully as we do not offer exchanges or refunds if you simply change your mind, pick the wrong size or pick the wrong design. We do not exchange sale items.

If you wish to change for defect reason, we will exchange the item following these conditions:

-The Item will need to be posted back to us .
-The product must be received in its original condition unworn, unsoiled, unwashed and with all tags attached. Our team will inspect the return before we issue an exchange.
-Exchanges must be applied for within 30 days from the delivery date of your package.
-Aikaydan.com reserves the right to refuse the return if it does not meet these conditions.
